Privacy and Trust
Privacy Policy
This policy explains the categories of information Yuva Club uses to operate supervised youth leadership programs.
Information is used to administer accounts, provide program activities, support student safety, communicate with families, track authorized progress, and operate and secure the service.
School-age participation requires parent or guardian involvement. Access is limited by role, and official AI-assisted feedback remains subject to authorized human review.
Personal information is not sold. When AI coaching is used, relevant text, documents, audio, or video may be sent to OpenAI for processing. YUVA Club controls its own stored copies and does not promise how long an external provider retains processing data; provider handling is governed by the applicable service terms and configuration.
Practice media is stored privately by YUVA Club. Replacing or deleting a recording removes that stored recording. An automatic media deletion period is not active until YUVA Club approves and configures one. Transcripts, applied reviews, consent, audit, safety, and program records may follow different retention requirements.
Students can replace or delete their current practice recording. A parent or guardian can grant or withdraw minor-media AI permission. A parent, guardian, or eligible account holder may request access, correction, or deletion of retained transcripts or records where applicable through the Contact page.
